MEET THE OWNER: ESMERALDA “ES” GIL

Esmeralda “Es” Gil has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She began in Commercial Real Estate Management in the Gold Coast where she gained market experience working in the most prestigious buildings in Chicago, such as the John Hancock and the Willis Tower.
Es became a licensed broker in 2016 joining the EXIT brand. Not one to hold back, she quickly moved forward and is now the proud Franchise Owner of EXIT Realty WE and founder of 505 Suites.
Es is also a Real Estate Investor and President of WL Property Management with an expanding Residential Commercial Property Portfolio totaling 50 plus units in the Greater Chicago area. Es has a passion for people which is why collaboration and mentorship are at the forefront of all that she does. She is an optimistic, driving force in the industry inspiring and influencing others to go after their real estate dreams.
Es’s 2023 focus is team growth, and her desire is to see others in the industry be strengthened and succeed through resources she and her businesses offer.
